A native of Joseph, Oregon, Barton began his sculpting career in his 60s, bringing a lifetime of stories and Western spirit into his art. This nationally recognized piece was acquired by Hamley’s in 2005 during their centennial remodel, marking 100 years of the iconic Pendleton establishment. With its striking detail and character, the sculpture perfectly complements the saloon’s rich heritage and timeless Western charm.
