Cimmiyotti’s was originally opened in 1959 by Paul and Anne Cimmiyotti. They made the place great. The restaurant was restored and re-opened as Virgil’s at Cimmiyotti’s in 2009 by Jennifer Keeton. She spent months commuting and renovating it to its original splendor, adding “Virgil’s” in honor of her father. Her and her staff are honored to carry on the legacy today. With the intentions to provide a great restaurant with the romantic western atmosphere that many look to find in the Wild West. A favorite place to eat for locals as well as travelers on their way through, the food and great staff are sure to treat you to a relaxing and fulfilling dining experience.
The Code family & staff invite you to Roosters. Proud to be locally owned and operated, our success rests on a firm understanding that great meals begin with the highest quality raw ingredients, the recipes we’ve perfected over the decades and our strong desire to please our guests. Whether it’s taking the time make fresh hand rolled noodles for our famous Rooster Noodle soup or roasting the tomatoes and peppers used in our salsa, there is no detail too small to ignore when it comes to food quality.

We’re passionate about fermentation and it shows in our brews. Whether it’s a dry-hopped Northwest IPA or a malt-heavy Porter, the Prodigal Son is dedicated to exploring the possibilities of grain, hops and yeast. Creativity is something we value in our Ales and it’s our goal to incorporate regional ingredients into beers that go beyond convention. Brewing to style is not our objective; we prefer to focus our explorations on the potential of beer.
But we’re more than just brewing, we’ve got good food to boot. The Prodigal Son features a menu that combines traditional pub fare with scratch cooking. Here you will find regional ingredients incorporated into handcrafted cuisine. We have a bona fide chef with an artist’s muse- and his work is truly the product of inspiration. Our food is unique –you might even say it has character.
